SnapBiz is the largest side project on this list and the one closest to a product. It covers the operational side of a photography studio: communication flows with clients, a client portal, contracts, automated reminders, internal collaboration and dashboards for the work in progress.

The backend is Django with Celery for asynchronous work, a REST API, and automation-oriented workflows. It runs on AWS behind a load balancer, with media on S3.

It is progressively evolving toward a SaaS model, with analytics and AI-assisted business workflows.
