Whoever organises the trip enters everything once. Everyone else opens a read-only link on their phone, optionally behind a PIN, with no account to create.

Each document can be marked as shareable or kept private; private files are stored outside anything the web server can serve. Trips are drawn on a map, and city and airport search covers some 53,000 places.
