Family history is mostly uncertain: "born around 1890", "died before 1944". Here those are first-class values (exact, about, before, after, between), and they survive the export to GEDCOM 5.5.1, the standard genealogy format.
Search finds how any two people are related and opens the tree along that branch, so finding a distant cousin takes one click.
It is for family only. Accounts are created from single-use invitations issued inside the app, with owner, editor and viewer roles and optional two-factor authentication.
